Usage & Plan
The Usage & Plan screen shows how much of your monthly allowance you've used and gives you information about your current subscription.
Accessing usage information
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Settings
- Click the Usage & Plan tab
Or, click the usage bar at the top of the Dashboard home screen.
Understanding your usage
Items processed
Each file you upload and process counts as one item. Your plan includes a monthly item allowance:

The counter resets on the 1st of each month.
Storage
The total space used by all your files across all accessions.

AI usage
Explore sessions and Dossier analyses use additional AI processing. The usage screen shows how much AI processing you've used this month.
Data retention
On the Free plan, files are automatically deleted after 7 days. Upgrade to a paid plan to keep your archive permanently.

Upgrading your plan
To upgrade:
- Click Upgrade plan on the Usage & Plan screen
- Choose your new plan
- Enter payment details
- Your new allowances take effect immediately
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your subscription, click Manage subscription on the Usage & Plan screen. You'll be taken to the billing portal where you can cancel. Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period.
